When applying for a work visa (Tier 2) full time work is defined as somewhere around 40 hours per week (usually 39 hours). I do agree that many professions do work more hours (including my own). I think working 60 hours per week for two different employers is taking the mick, but the guidance for Tier 4 does not specify the hours of 'full-time' work. It was just my opinion, and yes it does make sense given that the codes of practice and required salaries for Tier 2 are generally defined around a 39 hour week.alam85 wrote:I agree with iworker. You can work for two companies for the time being. However once you receive your T2 visa you will have to apply to UKVI for your secondary employment. You can find it in UKVI website under what you can and can not do.
