Extending IGS visa by about 1 month

Hello,

I am going for a job interview - this will most likely be a 12 months placement which I can do with IGS - the problem is that I am already 1 month short. I plan to do a Masters course at the end of the placement.

If employed by this Company - can i submit a categoryless application to Home Office to grant stay for additional 1 month backed up by employer letter?
