Benefit Question

Hi,

My wife a non-eea national has been with me in the uk NI on a family permit for 4.5 years and had been working for approx. 3 of those years.

Is she able to claim any jsa benefits ? I don't want to jeopardise her application for PR in November if she applies for any jsa.

Any help would be appreciated
