Residence Card A4 paper

Hi all!

Can someone kindly tell me whether EEA2 visas are still being issued as A4 size papers in case i request back our passports, or is HO only issuing cards now?

If caseworker has already been satisfied regarding the identity of applicant but now has no passport then usually issue RC on A4 sized page.

Well, the answer is simple, if you gave biometrics with your aplication, the you will get a card, if not, then you get a piece of paper
Timeline:
Fourth application sent 21.07.17
HO received 24.07.17
Paid on 25.07.17
Biometrics 23.08.17
COA received 07.09.17
Passports received 07.09.16
Status: Decided on 10.11.17
Documents returned 13.11.17 dated 09
RC 13.11.17 dated 09
