Query on Previous Earnings Period !!!Urgent

Hi All,

I am applying for HSMP and for the same, my 12 months claim period is July 2006-June 2007. However, until April 2007, I worked in Switzerland and remaining two month i.e May2007 and June 2007 in India.

I need some information for filling Application for HSMP.

I would like to know in Section 1 -Point 3 (Previous earnings from
your work) for which country I should give the details.

Do I need to give details of both the countries or I just need to give
details for switzerland as mentioned below:-
Start Date- 01-July-07
End Date- 30-April-07( total 10 months)
Relevant country code- A
Country where income was earned : Switzerland
Amount- GBP 37625.93(calculated for 12 months on pro-rata basis)

Yes u shall use the income in the country where U have worked the longest and pro rata it.

I wonder whether you might select a more recent claimed-earnings period; I would have calculated the last 15 months to be Aug06-Oct07. AG

Yes Gordon,
Ur right.
vinaawas, Your 15 month will be..Aug 06' - Oct 07. But this will work to your benifit. In this way in your last 12 months you are having both countries as 6 month each. Now use the one which gives you more points.
This is as per HSMP guideline.
