Hi,

I am Chinese and currently full time employed by a company in London with T5 visa. My husband is a polish and also full time employed in London with 45K yearly salary.

I want start my own business within UK and keen to register as a sole trader or limited company. We are going to apply EEA FM visa soon but i need to make sure one very important question. If I get EEA FM visa, can i become sole trader in UK ?
