MN1- biometric enrolment letter with incorrect DOB

Hi,

I have submitted my 10months old daughter's MN1 application on 2nd July 2015 and yesterday I received her bio metric enrolment letter with incorrect date of birth. Does anyone else gone through the same experience with MN1 process?

I have emailed nationalitybiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to inform the error and provided the correct date of birth. I have filled the application with correct information and submitted it via NCS Sheffield

Do they going to send us a new enrolment letter with correct information or do we still need to submit the bio metrics before the deadline of current enrolment letter’s date ?

Does anyone know a contact telephone number to raise this issue?

Hi everyone,

could any one please advice on this matter? As I'm still waiting for a reply from Home office bio metric team. I'm worried as my deadline for submitting bio metric is in next week Monday and I have not received any response of Home office yet.

I'm greatly appreciate if any one in this forum could advice me ?

Update – After emailing 4 times in 2 weeks’ time finally I have found out that HO has updated their records and sent me a new enrolment letter yesterday!!

In my last email I cc BPR Error team, even though they don’t have to do anything in this matter I copied them as I knew they are responding to emails not like nationalitybiometric team.

As I thought, BPR Error team responsed to my email saying they cannot do anything in this matter but advice to redirect my email to AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

So if anyone in similar to my situation, waiting for a response, can try to email above address and see if you get any positive response.
