Work Permit

Post by nishad.zaman » Wed Jul 29, 2015 3:44 pm

Hi dear all,

I see many people working as a delivery man full-time job. I am wondering that those all are having Tier-4 student visa without work permit. So, I wanted to know that Do they need to have work permit to do this kind of full-time job or not. Are they doing legally or illegally?

Looking forward your valued guidance.

Many Thanks.

u can only work 20 hr or 10 hr on Tier 4 visa.If some1 is working full time then they are breaking their visa conditions if caught will be liable to deport.

if you want to work full time then u need a tier 2 visa or any other category which permit work freely i.e., ILR,spouse visa etc.
