Tier 2 dependent application

Post by Gijo Antony » Thu Jul 30, 2015 10:05 am

Hai to all,
I am Gijo from India who is trying to apply for Tier 2 General Dependent Visa this week. I got all the documents from spouse's employer and all my documents are ready with me.

Now I tensed because in 2010 I applied a study visa for Canada and in 2011 to New Zealand. Both are rejected with the reason insufficient fund and proposed studies are not reasonable. Now I tensed that my UK dependent visa will be rejected with the previous visa rejections. Can anybody clarify this? Is there any problem to apply for UK tier 2 General dependent visa?

Please give a answer.

Thank you all in advance.

Gijo

Do not forget to mention these in your application form with reasons. If you paperwork for current application is genuine & complete, I don't see a reason for rejection.
