RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR PARENTS OVER 65 YEARS

I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU CAN INFORM AS TO THE RULES AND REGULATION REGARDING GETTING MY PARENTS BOTH OVER 65 YEARS RESIDENCE PERMIT IN THIS COUNTRY.

WE ALL LIVE ABROAD, APART FROM MY BROTHER WHO RESIDES IN AMERICAN, AND MY MARRIED SISTER WHO LIVES IN NIGERIA WITH HER FAMILY. MY PARENTS PRESENTLY LIVES IN NIGERIA, THEY REGULARLY COMES TO THE U.K ON VISITS, WITH FIVE YEARS VISA PERMITS.

There are some rules regarding family members, you would have to show that they are dependant of you, both economically and personally and that they could not stay in their country.

Could you also let us know your status in the country? If you are a resident yourself, with an ILR stamp then I believe its possible with the right amount of paper work.

I WAS BORN HERE, AND HOLD A BRITISH PASSPORT,SO DOES MY SIBLINGS, WHAT SORT OF PAPERWORK ARE WE TALKING ABOUT :(
