Switch from T2 ICT Long term to T2 general with New Employer

Hi,

I came to UK in June 2012 in ICT ST( issued in March), went back to India in March 2013 to change my visa to T2 ICT Long term (which is valid until March 2016) and returned to UK in April 2013, I have got a Job offer from a company who is ready to sponsor my visa. What should be the process and what type of visa should my new employer sponsor. My new employer wants me to start work ASAP.

Any help is much appreciated.

Because 245HD(c)(i and ii) are not met, leave to remain application cannot be submitted (i.e.- you cannot apply from within the UK).
Because 245HB(g) applies, you cannot make an entry clearance application from outside the UK within 12 months of exiting UK, unless you'll earn £155300 in the new job.

Yes you cant change your employer with in UK. You have to go out of UK and serve a cooling off for 12 months. Then you apply for a fresh application.

What will be the rules if gross annual salary is £155,300 or higher.
1. Can change the employer staying in UK?
2. If I have to apply from home country, will there be cooling off period?
3. What are the chances of getting Visa?

3. If you meet the immigration requirements, chance 100%, else 0%; £155300 irrelevant!

Hi,

I am extending my T2 ICT LT this month for another two years. My company is asking to go to Netherlands for long term project.

1. Can I apply for a T2 General after 12 months in NL, before my T2 ICT LT expires ?
2. Can my current employer do it ?
3. Can I go with a New employer for T2 General?
