New PBS and ILR

I am due to apply for ILR in January 2008 as WP holder. Having read command paper on new points based system it is not clear to me whether those with "old" WPs will be assessed by a new tier system/shortage list in respect to the eligibility for ILR. Most probably I will not be listed in "most wanted" list of shortage occupations hence the worry. However it looks like any changes for Tier 2 will be introduced later in the 3Q of 2008 but does it mean that eligibility for ILR can not be changed earlier:(
Any thoughts? Has anyone come across any HO papers where requirements for ILR under PBS discussed?
