Tier 2 (General) Employer Change

Hi Manci,

I am on Tier 2 General visa valid until Jan,2017 and the same validity is there for my wife and daughter dependent visas.
Now I am planing to change the job to another employer. Can you please let me know do I need to process my dependents visas also at the same time Or I can wait until they expire (Jan,2017) and go for extension ? Please advise me.

I have a similar situation. I am changing my employer on Tier General Visa going for one day permium Service.

Please let me know do I need to apply for my dependents along with my visa now ? Or I can apply for them after their current visas expiry ? at the moment their visas valid until 2017 Jan.

your dependants' leaves remain valid until Jan 17 provided your new leave will have a validity beyond this date. If this is the case there is no need for them to extend their leaves now but they should apply before (not after) their current visas expire
