Priority Visa Application from India

Hi,

Is it possible to process Tier 2 General Application using priority service from India?

Applicant has already travelled to UK on Tier 2 Dependent Visa.
Sponsor is A Rated(not Premium)

Has anyone recently done priority processing?

I think you can apply priority service in Bangalore VFS but not sure if this service is also extended to other places in India.
