British PR holder to work in other EU States ?

Just out of curosity i wanted to know, can a british PR holder (not a citizen) work in other EU states ?

Yes, if the applicant is a family member of a British citizen who is excerising treaty rights in the EEA country.

Yes if your EEA family member will move with you and exercise treaty rights in the other EEA country.

No if it is purely on the basis of British PR.

But also see Directive 2003/109/EC.
