Tier 4 cap 8year rule ?

Hello Guys , first i should thank you guys for your future reply !

i am about to apply for an Admission either PhD or MPhil. I am not sure which one will sail though the 8 year Cap .
So here is my case,
Sep 2008 – NOV 2011 BSC 3years
NOV 2011 - Sep -2013 Post study – 2 years
Sep 2013 - to date Masters - 2 years (extra year bereavement –father)
should I go for Phd or Mphil after my masters after handing in my project report for next month ?

There is no cap for PhD as long u can get an admission n CAS from uni so ur safer bet would be to go for PhD.

There is no cap for PhD as long u can get an admission n CAS from uni so ur safer bet would be to go for PhD.
