Tier 2 Partner Visa

Post by Mayre » Tue Aug 04, 2015 11:02 am

Hi

I am in UK with a Tier 2 Partner visa for 5 years with my husband, but is being difficult to find a proper job according with my degree here. So I am thinking in relocate to another city, And I will do it alone, without my partner. However, I am concerned about how this will affect my visa status in the UK. Because, I think I supposed to live with him in the same address, I am not sure about it.
If anybody can help me out, I will appreciate it.

So, make sure that you can provide documentary evidences of cohabitation if and when asked for in an immigration application, even if you end up spending only weekends / holidays together.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
