How to apply for EEA route

Hi everyone i am married with Polish , in my home country Algeria , and me and my wife we intends to live in the Uk , the question is , can apply from my country to The Uk embassy as family permit , knowing that my wife she is not in the Uk now , but we intends to live there is it possible or not , i would like to know to do it right

Do you mean you wan't to know if anyone has ever applied for a Family Permit from Algeria, or you're asking for members to post their personal experiences? :?

is it the right thing to apply for EEA family permit after one month of marriage , even if it is genuine relationship with proofs

If you have proof of a genuine relationship you can apply as soon as you want.
