Spouse Visa from Canada

Post by fahadkalis » Thu Aug 06, 2015 1:14 am

Hi,

I like to get information of spouse visa application of UK from canada.

Canadian Status : Permanent Residence
Nationality : Pakistani
Her Spouse Nationality : British
No kids

1.) Is she required to submit any proof of English language certificate, although she is living in an English (Canada) country?

2.) Can she submit her spouse visa application in Edmonton, Alberta

Thanks

Regards

Before we go any further, are you earning a minimum of £18,600 per annum or have savings over £16,000 to make up any shortfall?
