Tier 2 ICT - Special Circumstances

Hi All,
Need you help on my case please. All the below Visas are with the same employer.

16-Aug-2010 to 31-Dec-2011 --> Tier 2 (ICT/Established Staff) -->Stamped in India
15-Dec-2011 to 14-Dec-2012 --> Tier 2 (ICT) --> Stamped in India
15-Dec-2012 to Till Date --> Tier 2 (ICT) --Extended in UK

1. Will I be eligible for extension beyond 5 years?
2. Can I switch to Tier 2 General?

Please help. Thanks in advance.

(Even if) Assuming initial entry clearance was made before Apr-10, which you haven't mentioned:

1. No (Since 245GE(b)(v) applies, 245GE(b)(iii) & (iv) fail).
2. No (245HD(c)(ii)).

Because of entry clearance in December 2011.
