You may find it difficult to show strong ties to her home country and a reason for her to return without overstaying her visitor visa.
You will however, have to declare the relationship in the application, otherwise you'll be falling into a trap when you later apply for a spouse settlement visa and it will be obvious that you've withheld information.
If the visitor visa is refused, this won't affect a settlement visa as long as you are truthful in both applications.

So is a work can be a good ties to her country
And if I write and confirm as a garantor to the home office that she will be back by the end of her visa is that can help

Also what she need to support her application. From her side and my side as well

Your guarantee won't be worth much unfortunately. The case worker may query how her employer will allow her several months of leave and will be looking for evidence of strong ties to her home country such as property ownership, dependent relatives, study etc, She will have to submit bank statements, pay slips (or equivalent). You'll need to show finances for sponsorship and accommodation. There others on the forum who will be able to advise from person experience.
