Wife to come to UK as Student Dependent

Hi,

I have read the requirements listed here:12.26 - Dependants of students and prospective students and how they qualify (Rules Paragraphs 76 - 81)

Please advise me as to what documents will satisfy these conditions above.

More specifics to my case:

I was on a student visa for my undergrad, i finished that, returned to Nigeria.
Now am back on another student visa which is valid for 16 months for a masters.
I have been here a month. I want my wife to join me from Nigeria. Is it alright if she files her application with the BHC in Nigeria now?
My sponsor from Nigeria is happy to sponsor my wife and will write to the high commission to say this, and will supply his 6 month's bank statements.
Is one month bank's statement from me adequate to support this application?
I have a two bedroom apartment and will supply my tenancy agreement for the application. Do I need to add utility bills also?
I have letter from university confirming my enrollment.
