I just wanted to listen from people who have first hand experience of getting Denmark Green Card under the new scheme.As I seems to have enough points for it.

Q1) How long the process took?what was the fee for apply was it refundable?

Q2)Is this green card allows you to apply for settlement after 18 months.

I will appreciate any response on this.

What does the fee cover?

The fee covers the processing of the case. This means that the fee will not be refunded if the application, appeal or request to reopen a case is turned down. Furthermore, the fee will not be refunded if, during the processing of the case, the applicant chooses to withdraw the application, appeal or request.

The fee for submitting a request to reopen a case will be refunded if the request is granted, just as the fee for submitting an appeal will be refunded if the appeal is granted.

Hi,

I am Madhav. Sorry to write here, as I couldn't find a new button where I could post my own.

Anyway, I'm looking to apply for Denmark Greencard scheme.

I work as a Subsea Pipeline Engineer, which comes under Oil and Gas energy sector. I would want to know if this falls under Positive List. As it doesn't clearly mention anything about my profession in the positive list. However, it does say Energy Engineer, but I am not very sure, if my profession falls under the said category. Also, my MSc is in Subsea Engineering, from University of Strathclyde.

I would really appreciate your time and effort.
