Change of Tier 2 General visa sponsorship

Hi,
I am a Tier 2 General Visa holder since 2 years, now my employer is terminating the visa as there is no role in the company. Whereas I already have a Job offer from a different firm who is willing to sponsor my Tier 2 General. So what happens once my Visa is terminated from the existing sponsors?
How many days can I retain in the UK after my visa is curtailed to find a new sponsor?
Is the change of visa sponsors accepted with a different firm once the existing visa is curtailed?
In case the visa is reissued, will this affect the number of years applicable for ILR application? which is currently after 3 years from now.
Could you please revert ASAP because my employer has already issued the termination notice to me.

you can start working for new employer. as long as your sponsor has conducted RLMT as per T2 guidance.

you have 60 days to start with new employer once the termination is handed over

for ILR: as long as you are on T2- your clock remains the same excluding the days after termination
