Tier 2 dependent BRP collection location

Hi all,

Urgently, we need your clarification for my friend's Tier 2 dependent application please.


She is currently in India applying for Tier 2 dependent. After submitting her application she has been asked for BRP collection location and only UK address is valid :( If we enter India address it says invalid address. ( cant attach screenshot due to site error)

Last year when we applied for my wife it didn't ask for any collection location at all and it was not a part of the application we made. (cant attach screenshot due to site error)


Please let us know whats wrong and what we should do.

It's a new process that UKVI has started recently. You will get 30-day visa on your passport. You (or your dependent) need to travel to UK within these 30 days and collect the BRP from one of the post offices in UK.
