Employer change after redundancy - Question L10

Post by nithin.kriz » Tue Aug 11, 2015 3:42 pm

Hi All,
I am on a Tier 2 General visa and have been made redundant recently. Last working day with the current sponsor was 4th August. I would assume that my employer has notified the situation to UKVI already.

Meanwhile, i have been offered a job with another sponsor and would be making a premium service application on 14th August... In this situation please advice how to respond to the question

L10: Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant
of leave?

Thanks...

NO , you are not

it will be a New T2 application and make sure that your sponsor has conducted RLMT as per T2 guidance before issuing the COS

Thanks @namsc92... Yes they have conducted the RLMT and added references of the job centre and another jobs website adverts.

Thanks again
