Tier 2 Dependant Extension

Post by Tinarao19 » Wed Aug 12, 2015 3:03 pm

Hi,

I find this forum quite helpful with a good knowledge base and thought to ask you a question about my Tier 2 dependant application. When filling this form there exists a question about the medical treatment in UK. I have been in UK in various visas’ initially as a student, later in PSW and as a Tier 2 dependant. All this periods I might have gone for a regular check ups for which I don’t know the dates and the question is specifically asking for treatments, which I have not taken any. I need to visit doctors when I was pregnant until 5th month and relocated to my home country after that.
Am confused in answering whether to tick yes or no to this question. If I say yes for the regular check ups which I have taken I don’t remember the dates. Please can anyone share their experiences on this?

Hi,

Below are the questions.

1) Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK

If I say yes the next question follows

2) Did you have to pay for the treatment

3) Where did you the receive the treatment.

Thanks,
T

So, you know the answer.

Medical treatment here refers to treatments such as surgery, treatment as an in-patient, etc. in a hospital which is not free for every migrant, or registering with a GP (for free consultations and referrals) when not entitled to.
