Tier 2 ICT Established staff to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi,

I'm on Tier 2 ICT Established staff, my son is on my dependent visa.
My wife has Tier 2 General Visa.

Can I & my son apply to switch to Tier 2 General Dependent(for my wife) visa in UK?

Hi,

I'm in Tier 2 ICT Visa and working in UK now.
My wife and son were in UK as Tier 2 ICT dependents and returned to home country three months back.

While in home country, My wife got a sponsored job in UK and applying for Tier 2 General (as Main applicant) through Restricted CoS process.

We are not applying visa for my son. He has got Tier 2 ICT dependent visa till Feb 2016.

While returning back together to UK my wife will be having Tier 2 General visa and my son will be having Tier 2 ICT dependent visa. Will this cause any issue during immigration?
