Extension or settlement

Post by bharatbende » Mon Aug 17, 2015 8:35 pm

Hi All,
If anyone could help me please, Bit confused,
My wife came as PBS(Tier 1) dependent in May 2011, Then I got ILR in 2012 Nov and applied FLR(M) for my wife through post (Got visa in March 2013 for 30months), Her Visa is about to expire next month (i.e. Sep 2015), Bit confused whether to apply for FLR(M) extension or SET(M) since she already finished 2 year on old rules?
Really appreciate if anyone can answer please.
Regards
Bharat

Don't think she is under old rules as she changed from PBS dependent to FLR (M). She will need to extend and then apply for SET (M) after 5 years in the spouse category.

Did you apply for ILR through long residence?
