Dear Sir/Madam:
Recently I applied for a general visitor visa from Karachi, Pakistan to the UK which was refused by British High Commission, Abu Dhabi on a suspicion that I might not return back since I have no employment, no regular salary, no savings of my own, no economic ties here in Pakistan and hence no financial commitments to return to. They have perceived that the purpose of the tour might be to search for a job and they are not satisfied that I am genuinely seeking entry to the UK as a genuine visitor.
In reality, my purpose of the visit is solely “Vacation” and to meet my old University friends who live in the U.K. In fact, I have a reasonable economic activity in Pakistan. I am employed at “Karachi Stock Exchange Limited” (the premier most capital market of Pakistan) as an assistant manager with a reasonable salary and have bright chances to grow.
My personal Bank Statement was not “financially strong enough” to cover my expenses during the visit to UK. Hence, I decided to apply with my father’s sponsorship (who is a businessman having a partnership in a well established business in Pakistan) and submitted documents to support his partnership in the business. The Company’s Bank Statement and Tax documents then submitted were very strong and met all financial requirements. But they doubted my father’s claim to support my visit on the ground that there is no correspondence submitted by other partners to support “my visit to UK” from business accounts. Another reason for their dissatisfaction was that I am not directly employed in my father’s business in any capacity.
The query:
Option 1:
For the above mentioned application, I did not mention my Job Status, Should I now re-apply with my Job documents and disclose my “Job Status”. Also I now own a Real Estate property that will strengthen my Financial Position. So should I re-apply in my personal capacity declaring my personal assets and bank statement and tax returns? In this way, I will be able to prove my financial commitment within Pakistan and remove their doubts…. What do you say? If yes, how much amount do I need to maintain in the bank statement for 6 months?
OR
Option 2:
Should I re-apply with my father’s sponsorship again by showing more correspondence and documents submissions; such as: Written Consent from other partners to support my cost of trip… What is your opinion?
OR
Option 3:
Should I re-apply again with my Father’s sponsorship and this time also show my Job status along with my personal bank statement and my personal Real estate asset.... What do you say?
