Tier 2 ICT Main Applicant to Tier 2 General Partner

Hi,

I got my Tier 2 General Main applicant visa applied from home country(means 'leave to enter').
We are planning to apply Tier 2 General dependent visa for my spouse.
My spouse is in UK with Tier 2 ICT Main Applicant work permit.

Is this switch(Tier 2 ICT Main Applicant to Tier 2 General Partner) possible in UK?

While trying to apply Tier 2 dependent Partner visa through https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner , It has only option to select 'Tier 2 General (leave to remain)' as Tier 2 Main Applicant status but not 'Tier 2 General (leave to enter)'.

Could you please advise?
