FLR(M) Or FLR(FP)

Post by Ahsan_khalid » Sat Aug 22, 2015 2:50 pm

hi guys,

I would like to have an opinion on my problem.

I came to UK in 2011 to do my masters. I finished my masters in July 2012. Before that in April 2012 the PSW route was closed. So I made an application for PSW before the finish date i.e. 4th April 2012 on University letter. Visa got refused and went into appeal. The final appeal went into court of appeal and got rejected on 27th July 2015.

I am married ( Islamic) in UK for a year and my wife meets the financial requirments but she just started her job 3 months ago. She has got 2 payslips at the moment and her job is on going. We have been living together for approx. 1 year. Could anyone please help me which route should I apply in? Will I get a right of appeal if the application gets rejected? Will I be able to put a fresh application after the decision?

please guys I only got 2 days left.

Well it depends on a wide range of circumstances.

You will have difficulty in demonstrating that their her insurmountable obstacle to you going overseas, so you need to demonstrate she meets the threshold.

Over the last 12 month, how much has she earned?

You could have an appeal write if your case does not get certified.

Basically she was self employed and last year she earned 9800. This new job started three months ago and she is earning 800 a month.

So if i had 6 months payslips i would have applied for flrm but i only got 3

Try and make a strong submission with the FLR (FP), I otherwise it may be certified in the absence of a child.

Because if I add my wages then the financial threshold can be reached. But I am not sure wether the HO will accept my wages of will as for my wife to reach the financial threshold?

Please advise me on this?

Unfortunately there is no longer section 3C . That right ended when you became appeal rights exhausted .

You only have a right not to be treated as an overstayer If you make an application with 28 days.
