Can I apply for any Tier 2 visa?

hi,
I was on tier 2 general visa (from jan 2014 to jan 2017) as my employment was finished in Jun 15 i am back to the home country(India) and my visa was cancelled, again opportunity knocks and my employer wants to apply for tier 2 visa in sep 15. Can they apply for tier 2 general or ICT visa or do i need to wait till 12 months?

please guide

you will have to wait for 12 months from the day you left UK to be able to apply for a new Tier 2 again.
