Visa fees for a child born in UK to Tier 2 (General) parents

Post by Ekta_GD » Tue Aug 25, 2015 10:14 am

Hello,
My husband and I are in the UK on Tier 2 visas (him being the main applicant and I being the dependant). We had a baby in April 2015. We were planning to travel with our baby to India this December and I understand, she'd need a visa to re-enter into UK from India. If we were to apply for her visa from within UK at this point, what would be the visa fees? I have searched a lot but couldn't find any definitive answers to this. Would we also need to show maintenance funds even though both of us live here and have permanent jobs?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The "dependant" fees are mentioned on the PBS dependant form, and will be advised during the process if you choose to apply online.
Have you read the PBS dependant policy guidance? What does it say about maintenance funds for a dependant?
