It is stated that it has to be a CIVIL marriage, so I suggest you to try to get that officially recognized by a goverment, I dont know how that works :P.

You need a private health insurance for the CSI.

Basicallyh the CSI is the UK saying "Dont use our hospitals and doctors for free, I dont care if you pay taxes"

Oh anothter thing, Im also a married student, my wife already got her EEA-FM. you need to waith a little bit more time, it was advised to me by a person working in my UNI to help students on immigration stuff, also after ytou had your CSI you need to wait around 3 months until you can apply, also make sure you have money on a bank account for at least 3 months, and I suggest you that to be more than 3 tousand pounds, good luck

hey, well the thing is that, i dot rememebr really well all the details. As I recall, you have to waith around 3 months or something like that, AFTER you have your CSI and you civil marriage, so far you have no CSI and the civil marriage is still an issue, I suggest you to get both those things as soon as possible, and read the whole immigration form several times, certain rules apply different to students (even tought you are a part time worker)
