My brother just got married in Pakistan. He has ILR in the UK and he wish to apply for his newly wed wife's visa.
To my knowledge [and his ofcourse] the financial requirement is £18,600. We both are chartered accountants in the UK and we have our own accountancy practice.
Being Chartered Accountants, we always do tax planning to minimise the tax liabilities which is fine with HMRC but HO dont like this. So what we did to run his payroll our own accountancy practice at £18600 pa. We would have taken dividends but as we all know payslips make things simple.
Now my brother called me from Pakistan [panicking] that HO do not accept payslips where the personal is a director and shareholder in a company. Is this true?
We are in a genuine business and we have been authosied and regulated by ACCA, ICAEW.
