Guys i applied for HSMP in December 2006 but got rejection.... well now i gonna re-apply.... so its necessary to mention old HSMP application number? actually i lost the old stuff.....

I think the application will ask for previous rejections or is it ec?

No it was the initial HSMP application, i dont want to mention the previous tracking number
