Tier 2 General Redundancy

Post by jimmy_hm » Thu Aug 27, 2015 11:29 pm

hi Mancy

Can I have your suggestion since it looks like you know a lot about this.
I am here on tier 2 sponsored visa for 5 year, from november 2014 and expire on november 2019
i am here with my wife and 3 kids, they are 10, 9, and 2 and a half.
they are on dependant visa with me.
the things is I was offered a job with my boss on early 2014, and the process goes smooth and he goes for the 5 year contract that is why i got my 5 year visa.
I taught everything will be going smooth for 5 year then i can apply for indefinite leave after 5 year.
but out of my mind he gave me a 1 month notice start this 12 August 2015.
I asked why, and he just said that he just dont need me anymore.
I dont even have the time to save a little money.
the things is, I am not a rich family who have a lot of money to spend.
so to get here I have to sell everything I have in my country including my house.
I am also still in debt with my boss. for now i only have couple hundred in bank.
i try to look for a new job, lots of them want to hire, but the one that can sponsor me, no luck until now.
worse case scenario if i cant find a job who can sponsor me, what should I do?
cause there is no way i am going back to my country because i have nothing over there anymore.

any suggestion is appreciated
thank you

If you wish to stay in the UK there is nothing you can do other than finding another sponsor.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
