hi .i want to ask that i applied aplication as a eea treaty law as dependent of my father and home office refused in 5/5/2015 after i had right to appeal and i appealed with in 10 working day .so homeoffice took money from my account 28/5/2015 after that they didnt sent me any letter for hearing date or anthing i am waiting for of hearing date now its gone more then 3 month can any 1 tell what shud i do now plzz thanks or how long they take time for send hearing date normaly

It is normal. When a hearing date is set,,you will receive a letter in the post notifying you of this.

Hi guys do you know what kind of questions they ask at the hearing? My mother has applied as my spouse's dependent.

It is not unusual aparently . In some part of the country like London and the Midlands, people wait for up to 5 months before they get a hearing.
