eea2 biometrics

Post by fabs312 » Sun Aug 30, 2015 10:50 pm

I have applied to eea2 2 weeks ago...

I am just wondering... 2 years ago i made an application in another category of the immigration law and i went through biometrics... They already have my digitals and photo

Do i need to go through this biometric stage again in the eea2 application? or is this stage skipped?

Cheers bros

Yes you have to, If you choose to apply under the rules in place after April 2015.

Be prepared for a long wait, as the first set of applicant have not had one issued yet, so you are looking sometimes in April next year, before you will get a reply.

I have been on this forum and worked in this area long enough to see how home office deals with Durable relationship cases like yours.

We will hope for the best.

Take care.
