So, I've been searching on here to find out which form to use and now I'm confused.
I was made redundant mid-August this year and my employer was nice enough not to notify the UKBA until their 10 day period. In this time, I've found a new job but I've found some different answers on what forms to fill out for the new job from within the UK....? (might be due to the different years lol-some of these forum posts are quite old) I saw somewhere that someone had applied using the Tier 2 Extension forms but I also read somewhere else that you have to make a completely new application?
From what I can see on the website, you can only extend or switch your visa from within the UK and I would need to use the "extend" option:

I haven't had any correspondence from the UKBA but I'm sure that I will before I am able to make my actual application given that they will need to complete the RLMT still.
Just want to run it by another set of eyes as to which forms
