Tier 2 General Dependent VISA Applying from India

Hi,

My Visa is about to expire by the mid of this November and is likely to extend for further 3 years. Now I am planning to bring my Dependent to UK this month. Can somebody please provide answers for the following Questions

1. As my visa is about to expire within a couple of months, Can my Dependent Drop Visa from India?
2. If so what would be the NHS Fee (Do they charge NHS fee for 2 months - I have checked NHS fee by giving details in UKBA Site but nothing Displayed)?
3. What is Tier 2 General Dependent Application Fee (In Indian Rupees - as i will be applying from India)?
4. Visa Types in UKBA Site seems to be Confusing, Can Somebody please provide exact Visa Type do i need to select if i want to drop Tier 2 General Dependent VISA from India (I have selected settlement is this right?)
5. Does Tier 2 General Dependent Need English Language Requirement?
6. Tenant Agreement (Can i use Xerox Copy to Apply Visa, all the remaining documents are original)
7. While filling the Application Form, I have doubt in the following options.Which option do i need to choose in the following for Tier 2 General Dependent?

They can but only 2 months leave will be granted, unless you apply after your extenstion.

You do not need to pay if duration of your visa is less than 6 months, but you still need to register and get the reference number

3. What is Tier 2 General Dependent Application Fee (In Indian Rupees - as i will be applying from India)?
59,220 INR (up to 3 years)

4. Visa Types in UKBA Site seems to be Confusing, Can Somebody please provide exact Visa Type do i need to select if i want to drop Tier 2 General Dependent VISA from India (I have selected settlement is this right?)

Select Work, and then select sub categories (Tier 2 partner/ child)
5. Does Tier 2 General Dependent Need English Language Requirement?
No

6. Tenant Agreement (Can i use Xerox Copy to Apply Visa, all the remaining documents are original)
You should include all documents in original, if you cannot include for any reason, you need to mention that in a convering letter

7. While filling the Application Form, I have doubt in the following options.Which option do i need to choose in the following for Tier 2 General Dependent?
