maintenance fund reauirment

Hi
i have tier2 visa and my wife is on tier dependant visa.
now i want to apply for my son tier2 dependant visa, he was born in uk last year. I did't apply for his visa with our visas 3 months ago because that was not important on that time. Now they are going to pakistan thatwhy he need visa to come back.

can anybody tell me about maintenance fund requirements for his visa, as i am in UK more than 12 months, i reckon this will be just £630. In bank during last 90 days.
I will really appreciate someone's help in this matter.
