Hello forum

i am non eu and have 5 year eu card and soon have to apply for permanent residence .Can somebody guide me how months before minimum (expire my visa )can i submit my application..

You don't apply for PR it is acquired automatically by someone who has met the requirements based on treaty rights exercised in UK, eg by you or by sponsor (as appropriate).

To apply for a PR card which simply confirms (instead of grants) PR/settled status suggest applying when you qualify.
