Hi Everyone,
I have found the advice on this forum invaluable, however i have a few specific questions which i would really appreciate your help on.
My girlfriend is currently on a tier 4 visa, which is about to expire on the 30th of September 2015. We want to apply for an unmarried partner visa before this visa expires.
Our question is whether we qualify and whether the evidence we have is sufficient for the application.
We have been together for 3 1/2 years and lived together for 2 of those years whilst at university in a shared house (6 bed), we each had our own rooms. However, my room was used as a study as i study architecture so needed lots of space for equipment and models, so we shared her room for sleeping. After i graduated i moved into a flat in London for work whilst she remained at University in Oxford for a further year of study, there is a 1 year gap when we didn't live together, but we have lots of evidence of a continuous relationship throughout that year. She has now moved into my shared flat.
Evidence We Have:
Accomodation
2x tenancy agreements with both our names (1 for each year of residency)
1x council tax exemption letter with both our names (for the 1st year of residency)
3x Energy bills with my name on and address (spanning the 2 years)
3x Virgin bills with my name on and address (spanning the 2 years)
10x Individual Invoices from Amazon, ASOS, ebay etc... for each of us (none with both of our names on)
Payslips in her name
letters from HMRC in her name
Bank statements to the address in her name
Letters from the NHS addressed individually
Financial
-My work contract (the sponsor) which states an annual salary greater than £18,600. We have no dependants.
-Monthly pay checks from January 2015
Relationship
-Pictures
-Messages (texts, Whatsapp, Facebook etc)
-Call logs
-Bills for holidays, jointly booked
-Money transfers
Also we want to book a PEO appointment, do we have to attend the appointment before the visa expires?
I will be checking this forum daily so if you have any questions or advice i will respond quickly.
Thank you
