Hi everyone, i am an over stayer. i've lived in the Uk for 6 and overstayed 3.5 of those 6 years. my wife is british and we have a child who is 8 months old. my wife an i got married in my home country by proxy. we have been living together for 2years and 4 months. before our baby was born, i applied for leave to remain (flr [m]) as partner of british . this was was refused with reasons being : my marriage was not recognise, the home office said we couldnt justify how long we lived together and they were not sure about my relationship, though at this time my wife was pregnant and i informed them.
I later filed an application for judicial review which the judge refused and advise i made a fresh application as my circumstance now is not same as i applied earlier.
my problem is so i apply with the form flr (o) or flr (m) as i am an over stayer and my wife's income has changed as after having our baby she changed jobs and earning below £18,600.
I really do not know what to do as of now that i want to regularise my stay as soon as possible. anyone help please.
