Definition of "Dependant Parents"

Hi
I am currently living in UK and evaluating Surrinder singh route (via Ireland) to get my parents in UK who are curently living in Pakitan.
My parents are financially dependent on me and I have been sending them regular payments for couple of years. My unmarried sister also lives with them and she is dependant on my parents (indirectly on me). I have another brother (married) and sister (married) living in Pakistan but they do not live in the same cities as my parents.

My parents and sister are genuinely financially dependant on me, but my questions are:

1. Do my parents fit the profile of "Dependant parents"? They are 64 and 72 years old.
2. Does my sister fit the profile of "dependant extendend family" member? She is 35 years old.
3. Is evidence of financial dependence enough for this route?

You need to consider Ireland legislation in Regards to permitted and Qualifying family member under EU law.

If they, qualify, then they may be granted the visa.

I believe your parents case, may be more straightforward than your sister's.
