BRP Card

Post by vijayj » Tue Sep 08, 2015 11:56 am

Do I have to submit my current BRP card for my new application when I apply from India?
There is no info about what to do with existing BRP.
I know in UK we submit for extension and for switching Visa.

Regards
Vijay

Do provide with more info on your old and new visa application (type, date).

If you are applying for an entry clearance visa from our home country, you don't have to submit your previous BRPs. You just need to mention the details about it in the application form.

I am on Tier2 G dependent visa valid until dec 2017. Now going to India to switch Tier2 G main applicant.
So waiting for COS this month.

For my dependent DO I have to submit original Degree certificate with Naric qualification and Naric English language assessment for English language. Or just Naric documents is sufficient.

moonlight55 thanks for previous info.

Kind regards
Vijay

English language assessment is not applicable for dependents; its only required for main applicant.

1. TB test - Yes

2. Few days before the start date should be fine.

3. Check this: https://www.gov.uk/photos-for-passports

1. TB Test,

I am in UK fro last 7 years and going to India to switch my visa. Do i still need TB test.
I know it is not big issue to take test but i got confuse with your info and following info.

Who doesn’t need to be tested

You won’t need a TB test if any of the following apply:

a) you’re a diplomat accredited to the UK
b) you’re a returning UK resident and haven’t been away for more than 2 years
c) you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months

Do i come under in (b) ?
