Hi Guys,
My wife and I had submitted for Tier 2 General where my wife was the main applicant, based on August's CoS. We applied from outside uk. We collected the documents and understood that my wife's application was refused. The reason quoted was that my wife's uk bank account was mistakenly recognized as my account, for maintenance section.
We have raised an administrative review document which we have submitted by email. After contacting my wife's employer, it was decided that he would issue a new CoS with commitment of maintenance fee covered by employer. Request has been raised yesterday for the same.
My queries are as follows:
1. Would administrative review take the whole 28 working days? Any timeframe reference on ETA?
2. Can we add any documents to prove that the account is my wife's (Though I am not clear how it was misunderstood)?
3. Would the administrative review cause problems for the new CoS request?
4. Anything else we can do to speeden the administrative review?
I appreciate anyone who takes time to read this post and gives advice for the same
Thanks and Regards,
Eric
