student to IGS

Post by dusk82 » Tue Nov 06, 2007 6:07 pm

can the home office refuse an IGS application if the applicant works full time after they completed their studies in june 2007 but only got their results in october 2007. they submitted their IGS application with pay slips which shows they were in employment and at the amount of salary that they earned it will be obvious that they were working full time.

My understanding is that this is okay as long as your visa was still valid and you didn't work for more than four months.
